Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting the Intelligence Community, DoD, U.S. Army, Joint Staff, or another classified program * Experience as a U.S. Army Information Management Officer * Experience coordinating with Signal Brigades, Army offices, INSCOM, DoD CIO, DIA, GISA, and/or NEC * Experience supporting IT system upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments * Experience with Kanban, Agile, or project management applications/methodologies * CISSP, CompTIA Network+, and/or ITIL certification * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with government clients and stakeholders ## Description This is an excellent opportunity for a cleared IT professional with strong Windows server and network administration experience who is comfortable supporting users, systems, and infrastructure within a classified environment., * Install, configure, administer, manage, and maintain Windows physical and virtual server environments * Administer network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls * Monitor system and network performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues * Provide technical support to end users * Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, provisioning, and deactivation * Manage system backups and recovery processes * Implement system upgrades, patches, and other required maintenance * Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, incidents, maintenance activities, and system performance * Manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities to meet customer deadlines * Assist with IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments * Collaborate with government customers, technical teams, and external organizations to identify and implement system improvements, JMark Services Inc. provides highly qualified professionals supporting defense, intelligence, and national security missions.
