## About the Role

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
 * 2+ years of help desk, service desk, technical support, or related IT support experience.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
 * Experience supporting user accounts, devices, and access management.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
 * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
 * Experience with IT service management practices (ITIL knowledge is a plus)., * Help desk analysis: 2 years (Preferred)

## Description

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support for employees across a variety of workplace technologies, devices, and business applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and contributing to a positive service experience., * Provide technical support for incidents and service requests.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and application issues.
 * Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when needed.
 * Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
 * Prepare, track, and manage company-issued technology equipment.
 * Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles.
 * Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
 * Assist with technology deployments, updates, and testing activities.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
 * Deliver professional, customer-focused support to end users.
