## About the Role

* 3 to 6 years of software engineering experience
 * Strong Python and Flask experience
 * Experience building REST APIs
 * Hands on experience with Git, Linux, Docker, and CI/CD
 * Experience with automated testing and databases
 * Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
 * Understanding of secure software development and DevSecOps

Preferred Qualifications: Kubernetes/OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible, OAuth2/OIDC, SAST/DAST/SCA, or government/defense experience.

## Description

You'll work hands on with Python, Flask, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and DevSecOps while owning features from development through deployment.

What You'll Do

 * Build and maintain Python and Flask based REST APIs
 * Develop secure backend services and automated tests
 * Build and improve CI/CD pipelines
 * Containerize applications with Docker
 * Work with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code
 * Implement security scanning, authentication, and secrets management
 * Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and production operations
 * Collaborate with software, security, and operations teams in an Agile environment
