## Description

Upen Group is seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to support security monitoring, incident analysis, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity operations.

This position is suited for an early-career cybersecurity professional with foundational knowledge of network security, security monitoring, SIEM tools, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity concepts.

Responsibilities

 * Monitor security alerts and assist with identifying potential security incidents
 * Review logs and security events using SIEM and security monitoring tools
 * Assist with investigating suspicious activity and escalating security incidents
 * Support vulnerability assessments and remediation activities
 * Assist with endpoint, network, and application security activities
 * Review security logs and identify unusual patterns or activity
 * Help maintain security documentation, procedures, and reports
 * Support security assessments and compliance activities
 * Assist with access control and security policy requirements
 * Work with technical teams to address identified security issues
 * Document incidents, findings, and remediation activities
 * Support cybersecurity projects across vendor and client environments
