## Description

* Providing an analysis of a customer's business requirements and objectives, and work with them to meet those objectives.
 * Defining project scope and working with clients to implement the solution in their environment.
 * Implement the DelmiaWorks/IQMS solution successfully in the customer's environment, and get the customer live
 * Gather process information from the client's current workflow, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to gain or improve efficiencies.
 * Assist customers with application testing and rollout
 * Application configuration, implementation, and data conversion
 * Assist customers' end-users with training and support
 * Provide trip summaries with action items to customers, in a timely manner.
