## Description

The Associate IT role is to support and maintain all related resources to ensure end-users can operate at peak efficiency. This position involves handling user escalations, investigating and deploying fixes, building and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, managing AD administration, VMWare/WVD support, mobile device management via Intune, and VPN connectivity troubleshooting., * Design and iterate prompts to improve AI-generated responses

 * Test outputs from AI systems and identify areas for improvement
 * Analyze responses for accuracy, tone, relevance, and consistency
 * Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams
 * Document best practices, patterns, and prompt strategies
 * Learn new AI tools and adapt to evolving technologies
 * Support development of use cases across domains (customer support, content generation, automation, etc.)
