## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 8-10+ years of progressive digital marketing leadership experience
 * Financial services industry experience with a strong understanding of marketing to consumers facing financial challenges; debt settlement experience is highly desired
 * Extensive paid media and media buying expertise across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, display/programmatic, and other digital platforms
 * Proven experience managing significant marketing investments, ideally including annual paid media budgets of approximately $5M+, with accountability for CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall ROI
 * Demonstrated success developing customer acquisition strategies, directing creative campaigns, and using analytics and performance data to optimize marketing investments

Preferred:

 * Early-career agency experience followed by in-house/corporate digital marketing leadership
 * Direct experience within debt settlement, consumer lending, FinTech, consumer finance, banking, or credit services
 * Experience building and leading digital marketing teams, including developing strategy, processes, workflows, and performance expectations
 * Strong creative leadership with experience developing messaging and content that resonates with targeted consumer audiences
 * Executive-level communication skills with the confidence to independently own strategy, present performance and recommendations to senior leadership, and operate with significant autonomy
