We are not looking to build a new website from scratch. Instead, we are looking for someone who can evaluate our current website, identify areas for improvement, and help us turn the website into a stronger tool for generating qualified leads and sales. The ideal candidate should have a combination of WordPress development, Elementor, SEO, website optimization, analytics, and lead-generation knowledge. We want someone who understands that a successful business website should not only look professional but should also rank well, perform well, and convert visitors into customers. Duties * Improve and continue developing our existing WordPress and Elementor website * Create, modify, and optimize existing website pages and landing pages * Improve overall website design, navigation, usability, and customer experience * Ensure the website performs properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices * Improve website speed, performance, and technical SEO * Optimize existing pages for SEO and local search visibility * Help improve Google rankings for relevant countertop, granite, quartz, quartzite, and stone-related searches * Identify opportunities for new service pages, landing pages, and website content * Improve calls-to-action, contact forms, and page layouts to increase qualified leads * Optimize landing pages used for Google Ads and other marketing campaigns * Review website analytics and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates * Work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager * Ensure important website actions such as calls and form submissions are properly tracked * Troubleshoot WordPress, Elementor, plugin, and website functionality issues * Recommend and implement improvements based on website performance and actual data * Help us continuously improve the website with the goal of generating more customers and sales ## Related Videos - [Kill Your WordPress.
