## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform experience, including architecture or lead-consultant responsibilities.
 * Deep functional expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including SLAs, routing, queues, business hours, knowledge management, and case lifecycles.
 * Strong Dynamics 365 Sales experience, including pipeline design, Business Process Flows, and forecasting.
 * Experience with Customer Insights - Journeys or a comparable marketing automation platform.
 * Experience managing solutions and application lifecycle management (ALM), including deployments across multiple environments.
 * Strong Data-verse schema, security model, Power Automate, and model-driven app configuration experience.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
 * Experience applying Copilot or other AI tools within Dynamics 365 preferred.
 * Experience in healthcare, human services, or another regulated industry preferred; HIPAA awareness is a plus.
 * Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications preferred.
 * Exposure to JavaScript, C# plugins, PCF controls, or the Dataverse Web API is a plus.

Education

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
