Candidates with strong Sales Operations experience and approximately 2-3+ years of hands-on Data Operations experience may also be considered. * Hands-on Salesforce experience is required, including working directly with lead/account data, uploads or modifications, deduplication, field mapping, and data cleanup. * Intermediate SQL skills are required, including writing queries, joining tables, validating results, and investigating anomalies. * Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills are required. * Experience supporting lead sourcing, qualification, enrichment, routing, or other Sales/GTM data processes. * Understanding of CRM data structures and relationships and how underlying data impacts downstream business processes. * Strong data-quality instincts with the ability to work through messy or imperfect datasets and determine the appropriate solution. * Strong business judgment and comfort working through situations where the answer may not always be black and white. * Clear communication skills and experience partnering with Sales, GTM, Account Executives, or other field-facing teams. * Experience in a B2B environment is preferred; SaaS, marketplace, technology, or similarly fast-paced organizations are especially relevant. Nice to Have * Experience with third-party data vendors or enrichment tools. * Python experience. * Experience using AI tools to support data-quality, automation, or operational workflows. What Success Looks Like You'll help create a faster and more reliable lead-generation process, reduce the number of data-quality issues reaching the field, and give GTM teams greater confidence in the leads assigned to them. Most importantly, you'll identify and solve underlying data and process problems before they become recurring escalations. Pay: $72.41 per hour Application Question(s): * Describe your hands-on experience managing lead and account data in Salesforce. What have you personally done with data uploads, cleanup/deduplication, enrichment, field mapping, and lead routing or assignment? Please include a specific example. * Describe a time you used SQL to investigate or resolve a lead, account, or CRM data-quality issue. What was wrong, what queries/joins did you use to validate the data, and what action did you take based on your findings? ## Description This is not a traditional reporting or dashboard-focused Data Analyst position. The role is much more hands-on with Salesforce and operational data, combining technical skills with an understanding of how lead and account data impacts the sales process. You'll work across the lead lifecycle-from sourcing and qualification through enrichment, deduplication, and routing-while partnering directly with GTM teams to troubleshoot issues and improve the processes behind them. What You'll Do * Manage lead and account data throughout the GTM pipeline, including sourcing, qualification, enrichment, deduplication, and routing. * Work hands-on within Salesforce to upload, modify, clean, map, and maintain lead and account data. * Use SQL to join datasets, validate data, investigate anomalies, and troubleshoot data-quality issues. * Use Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, reconciliation, validation, and operational workflows. * Investigate issues involving missing leads, incorrect assignments, data mismatches, or broken CRM records. * Partner directly with Account Executives, Sales, and GTM teams to understand business needs and resolve field escalations. * Improve recurring lead-generation and data operations processes, with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and scalability. * Identify data gaps or inconsistencies before they create downstream issues and recommend practical solutions. * Help refine lead qualification criteria, routing rules, and operational processes. * Identify opportunities to use automation or AI to improve data QA, enrichment, or other internal workflows.
