## About the Role

* Deep proficiency in one of our primary backend stacks - .NET/C# or Node/TypeScript - and in one of our primary client-side frameworks - React/Next.js or Angular.
 * Very strong grasp of core object-oriented programming concepts
 * Extensive full stack web development experience
 * Strong ORM experience
 * Hands-on agentic development experience with Claude Code or Codex: driving real production work through an agent, reviewing and correcting what it produces, and knowing when to take the keyboard back
 * Experience with established software design practices and patterns
 * Experience writing and maintaining automated tests as a normal part of shipping
 * Need to be able to manage one's work and timelines, as well as work with a team
 * The ability to work directly with SMEs to gather business requirements and distill them into functional requirements
 * Ability to provide accurate time estimates based on requirements
 * Experience working with cloud platforms
 * Experience working within a project management platform, preferably JIRA
 * Strong experience in at least one flavor of SQL

Nice to Haves

 * Experience writing and maintaining your own agent context: skills, subagents, MCP servers, custom tooling, etc.
 * Team lead, PM, and/or BA experience
 * Experience working in an agency or similar environment
 * Vercel, Supabase, or comparable managed hosting/BaaS
 * PostgreSQL and/or MSSQL experience
 * NoSQL experience
 * Shopify experience, whether traditional themes or headless builds with Hydrogen
 * Headless CMS experience, especially Storyblok
 * The ability to slice comps to HTML in a pinch
 * CSS and its ecosystem (Tailwind, SCSS, CSS Modules)
 * Experience developing native mobile applications
 * DevOps and CI/CD experience, especially with GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines
 * Strong grasp of SEO and CRO techniques
