We need someone who is confident coming into this role and managing the project end-to-end from day one. This isn't a hand-holding role. You'll take ownership of the CRM - shipping features, fixing bugs, managing releases, keeping the test suite green and the platform healthy in production and make the calls on what ships and when. You'll also take on web projects for our law firm clients alongside the core build. If you like owning the whole thing rather than a slice of it, this is the role.
