Prior healthcare IT or clinical operations experience is preferred. At least 1 year of full-time experience in direct supervision of other professional administrative/ information systems staff. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic system configuration, data analysis, and reporting tools. * Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to assess workflows and translate requirements into system solutions. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and IT teams. * Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare workflows, and clinical operations. * Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay current with Epic updates and industry trends. ## Description * The Information Systems Manager will maintain and manage Information Systems, including Epic-related contracts, Epic subscription services, and Epic third-party contracts.
