## About the Role

* 5-7+ years of relevant Workday/enterprise application experience.
 * Bachelor's degree
 * Strong hands-on Workday configuration expertise in HCM.
 * Workday implementation, optimization, or major system initiative experience.
 * Strong business analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
 * Healthcare or higher education experience
 * Workday certifications are valued, but hands-on configuration and implementation experience is the priority.

## Description

* Configure, test, implement, and optimize Workday functionality.
 * Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and processes.
 * Support implementation, testing, data validation, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
 * Troubleshoot complex configuration and production issues.
 * Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, IT, and business stakeholders.
 * Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production needs.
 * Strong hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
 * Core HCM, organizations, staffing, positions, and job structures.
 * Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Performance.
 * Business Process configuration and security.
 * Reporting, calculated fields, and dashboards.
 * Testing, releases, optimization, and production support.
