EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure and architecture roles. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS (PREFERRED): * CompTIAA+, Network+ or Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification may be advantageous. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops. * Proficiency in Windows server and Linux/Unix operating systems is necessary, as well as knowledge of applications such as Active Directory, DNS and DHCP. * Experience with management/administration of enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, TEAMS). * Knowledge of routing and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLANs, SD-WAN) and experience with supporting and configuring network infrastructure. * Experience managing cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments) and remote access/VPN solutions. * Familiarity with monitoring and management tools, as well as automation frameworks. ## Description This individual leads the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technologies, establishes architectural standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
