## About the Role

* 5+ years of application development experience.
 * Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud.
 * Proven experience migrating Sitecore solutions from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.
 * Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
 * Experience analyzing enterprise application architectures.
 * Understanding of headless CMS concepts and modern front-end frameworks.
 * Experience identifying and resolving integration and dependency challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Next.js or similar headless front-end technologies.
 * AWS cloud experience.
 * Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform cloud environments.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
 * Sitecore certifications are a plus.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate has successfully led Sitecore cloud migrations, can quickly assess architectural complexity, and possesses the technical depth to modernize applications while minimizing business disruption

## Description

* Perform assessment and discovery of existing Sitecore implementations and supporting integrations.
 * Design and execute migration strategies from on-premises Sitecore environments to Sitecore XM Cloud.
 * Develop proof-of-concepts and validate migration approaches.
 * Refactor legacy code, services, and integrations to ensure cloud compatibility.
 * Identify technical dependencies, risks, and remediation strategies.
 * Build and maintain APIs and backend services using C#/.NET.
 * Partner with front-end developers supporting headless implementations using Next.js and related technologies.
 * Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Architecture teams to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
 * Create migration plans, work breakdown structures, and implementation roadmaps.
 * Provide technical leadership and best practices throughout the migration effort.
