Training

Full training will be provided on our dialler system and internal procedures. The successful candidate must be willing to learn quickly and become confident in managing and organising our data systems.

## Description

We are seeking a highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time office-based position where you will be responsible for managing and organising large volumes of company data that supports both our telesales and field sales departments.

You will oversee data received from our Data Entry Team, ensuring it is accurate, properly organised, and uploaded into our dialler system. Your role will be essential in creating structured campaigns, allocating data by geographical areas and ensuring our sales teams have the highest quality information to maximise productivity.

This position requires someone who is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, has exceptional attention to detail and can confidently manage thousands of records every week.

Reporting Structure

You will work closely with the CEO and Founder of the company and will report directly to them. This is a position of trust and responsibility, where you will play an important role in supporting the company's growth by ensuring our data is organised, accurate and strategically allocated.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain large volumes of company data on a daily basis.

· Review and quality check data received from the Data Entry Team.

· Ensure all information is accurate, complete, and free from duplication or errors.

· Upload thousands of records each week into the company's dialler system.

· Organise data into geographical areas for our Field Sales Agents.

· Create and manage separate campaigns for the Telesales Team.

· Allocate data strategically to maximise efficiency and campaign performance.

· Maintain well-organised databases and ensure records are regularly updated.

· Monitor the quality of data and identify areas for improvement.

· Work closely with management to prepare campaigns and support business operations.

· Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling company information.
