The role is accountable for delivering high-quality insights, owning KPIs and dashboards, and enabling evidence-based decision-making across Digital initiatives. While working closely with product, engineering and leadership teams on day-to-day delivery, the role operates within central Data & Analytics standards, governance, and tooling to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across Digital. This is a permanent role with long-term ownership of metrics, insight capability, and analytical maturity within Digital.
