## About the Role

Do you have experience in Software development?, We need a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our product team. This is a remote position (UK hours required)., * You can build things. Whether that's side projects, freelance work, bootcamp projects, or open source contributions. Simply show us what you've made

 * Comfortable working across standard dev stack and AI tools (Claude): you don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should be curious about everything
 * Strong problem-solver who reads error messages, checks the docs, and closes loops before asking for help
 * Already using AI tools in your workflow. This is non-negotiable
 * Excellent written communication. We're remote-first, so clear writing matters
 * Motivated by learning and growth, not just a paycheque

Whatever path brought you here (recent grad, bootcamp, self-taught, career-switcher, or years of experience) you're welcome. What matters is what you can build and how fast you can learn., * Builder mindset. You get energy from making things. You'd rather ship something imperfect and iterate than plan forever

* Build and ship full stack features across our client products using AI specialist tools
 * Write clean, functional code that works in production

 * Learn fast with new tools, new frameworks, new AI capabilities and share what you learn with the team
