 * Hands-on experience with Learning, Talent, or Performance modules
 * Strong troubleshooting and testing skills
 * Experience with system implementations and releases
 * Good documentation and communication skills
 * Experience in global HR environments is a plus

## Description

* Configure and support Workday Learning, Talent, and Performance modules
 * Troubleshoot system issues and resolve defects
 * Create configuration, testing, and process documentation
 * Support testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT)
 * Assist with releases, enhancements, and system updates
 * Work with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
