## About the Role

This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint security, and Tier 2-3 troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well with clients, and is comfortable managing multiple technical priorities in a structured environment., * 4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft cloud, systems, or endpoint environments

 * Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID experience
 * Hands-on experience with Intune and Autopilot
 * Experience with Conditional Access and identity/security policies
 * Working knowledge of PowerShell for administration and automation
 * Experience with EDR/RMM platforms such as SentinelOne, Arctic Wolf, NinjaOne, or comparable technologies
 * Understanding of endpoint security, patch management, and security remediation
 * Ability to troubleshoot networking, DNS, mail flow, and authentication issues
 * Familiarity with Zero Trust, security governance, and compliance principles
 * Strong Tier 2-3 troubleshooting skills
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple client environments

Preferred Qualifications

 * Previous MSP or IT consulting experience
 * Experience supporting law firms or professional services organizations
 * Experience with Mimecast
 * Microsoft certifications related to Azure, Microsoft 365, security, or endpoint management, * How many years of hands-on experience do you have administering Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID?
 * Are you comfortable handling Tier 2/Tier 3 escalations involving Microsoft 365, endpoints, security, and networking?
 * Have you worked in an MSP or consulting environment supporting multiple clients simultaneously?
 * Which endpoint security or RMM platforms have you worked with?

## Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Cloud & Security Engineer to support Microsoft cloud, endpoint management, security, and infrastructure environments across multiple clients., * Manage and support Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments

 * Administer Exchange Online, Outlook, retention policies, and Conditional Access
 * Manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Group Policy, application deployments, and endpoint policies
 * Support identity and access management and Zero Trust security practices
 * Manage and monitor EDR/RMM platforms such as Arctic Wolf, SentinelOne, NinjaOne, or similar tools
 * Perform regular endpoint and server patching across multiple client environments
 * Identify, prioritize, and remediate security findings
 * Troubleshoot DNS and email authentication, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and TXT records
 * Provide general networking, firewall, and Mimecast support
 * Handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical escalations
 * Use PowerShell to automate routine tasks, reporting, and repeatable fixes
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
 * Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to clients and internal teams
 * Participate in occasional off-hours maintenance windows
