* Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on desktop support experience.
 * Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software in a Windows environment.
 * Basic network troubleshooting knowledge and skills.
 * Strong communication and customer service abilities.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
 * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and objects.
 * Ability to work in confined or uncomfortable positions for extended periods when necessary.

Preferred Skills
