* 8 or more years of experience in IT project management, with a required PMP certification.
 * Proficiency in Agile Scrum and/or SAFe delivery methodologies for software project execution.
 * Experience in project budgeting, formal business case development, and project charter preparation.
 * Experience managing technical software development teams and customer-facing Integrated Product Teams.
 * Experience with business analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation for healthcare insurance systems, utilizing Azure DevOps and PPM systems to oversee User Acceptance Testing.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.

* Plan, budget, and oversee the full project lifecycle for IT initiatives supporting healthcare insurance systems.
 * Lead Agile Scrum and/or SAFe ceremonies to guide software development team execution.
 * Manage customer-facing Integrated Product Teams alongside technical software development staff.
 * Facilitate business analysis and process mapping efforts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
