In this role, you'll support the sales process by demonstrating how modern identity solutions can solve real business challenges across authentication, authorization, and user management. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver technical expertise throughout the customer journey-from discovery to proof-of-concept-while building a strong foundation in Identity and Access Management (IAM). What You'll Do * Partner with Account Executives to support technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts * Demonstrate identity solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and lifecycle management * Build and customize demo applications and integrations using JavaScript and Python * Help customers evaluate and implement identity solutions, including integrations with APIs and third-party services * Translate complex identity and security concepts into clear, business-focused messaging * Support RFPs/RFIs and respond to technical questions during the sales cycle * Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings
