The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of solution architecture experience within the Telecom domain and a strong understanding of commercial processes including Lead-to-Order, CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Management., * 6+ years of Solution Architecture experience in the Telecommunications domain. * Strong experience with Telecom BSS and Quote-to-Cash processes. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud, including EPC, CPQ, and OM, and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud. * Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management, and commercial processes. * Experience designing enterprise integration architectures. * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-led integration. * Experience with TM Forum Open APIs and SID. * Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, network, and middleware platforms. * Strong communication, architecture documentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience with Zuora Billing / Zuora Revenue. * Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) experience. * Experience with Apigee, Google Pub/Sub, and BigQuery. * Experience in telecom subscription, billing, and revenue management. * Salesforce Communications Cloud Accredited Professional certification. * Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification. * Experience with TM Forum standards and telecom digital transformation.
