## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field)
 * 3+ years of experience applying statistical methods to real-world business problems
 * 3+ years of experience using SQL and at least one of the following: SAS, Python, or R
 * Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) to accelerate analysis and code development
 * Experience using data visualization techniques for analysis and stakeholder-ready storytelling
 * Hands-on experience with A/B and incrementality testing methodologies, including experimental design, significance evaluation, and translating results into business recommendations
 * Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture Insight/Visual Sciences, Webtrends, CoreMetrics, etc.)
 * Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating effectively across levels and partner groups

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

 * Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field)
 * Intellectual curiosity and motivation to build deep subject matter expertise in a focus area
 * Strategic thinking with an ability to stay anchored to measurable business goals
 * Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams effectively
 * Strong relationship-building skills and comfort partnering with key stakeholders
 * Tableau preferred.

## Description

* Lead analytics strategy and execution for Consumer Bank new account performance reporting
 * Interpret results and present findings to stakeholders and senior management, including the CMO.
 * Conduct unstructured, ad hoc analyses of customer behavior and engagement
 * Execute A/B and incrementality test readouts, including interpretation and recommendations
 * Translate results into clear narratives and present insights to stakeholders and senior management
 * Contribute to innovation initiatives that advance analytics methods and scalability
 * Maintain a rigorous controls environment to ensure accurate, timely, and reproducible results
