Experience:

 * Application support: 1 year (preferred)

## Description

* Providing application support to customers, including managing the entire incidents' lifecycle from logging, triaging and investigating, all the way through to resolution
 * Acting as a point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support on the use of applications
 * Monitoring platform performance and proactively identifying potential issues
 * Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to support application enhancements and fixes
 * Create and maintain clear documentation for support processes including known issues and fixes
 * Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and user experience
