Preferred Qualifications * Experience in healthcare IT or familiarity with healthcare applications and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). * Experience supporting performance testing initiatives in complex enterprise environments. * Familiarity with modern performance engineering concepts, including observability and shift-left testing practices. * Ability to communicate technical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience working in Agile development environments. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience). ## Description We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to join our IT team within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance testing and engineering and will help improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications and systems. This role requires strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across development, quality engineering, and operations teams.
