You'll work alongside our systems lead, learn how product information flows from our ERP to each sales channel, and take day-to-day platform work off his plate. You'll also be the link between sales, marketing, and operations, making sure requests get handled and nothing falls through the cracks. You don't need to be an expert. We'll train you. We're looking for someone sharp, organized, comfortable with technology, and who takes ownership of getting things done. What you'll do * Keep product listings accurate on Shopify, Amazon, and Elastic: pricing, images, descriptions, sizes, and colors. * Load new styles and seasonal catalogs, working with operations for product codes and with marketing for images. * Check our sites regularly for broken links, wrong prices, missing products, or layout issues. * Be the first point of contact when something isn't working: troubleshoot, contact platform support, and follow through until it's fixed. * Take requests from sales, marketing, and operations and track them to completion. * Learn how our ERP connects to our sales channels, and help our systems lead spot and fix data issues. * Write down how things get done, so the team isn't dependent on any one person. ## Related Videos - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - Markdown, Liquid and Checkouts](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1814-wearedevelopers-live-markdown-liquid-and-checkouts) - [AI is an Electric Bike for the Brain - Stoyan Stefanov](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1771-ai-is-an-electric-bike-for-the-brain-stoyan-stefanov) - [The Resilience of the World Wide Web](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1281-the-resilience-of-the-world-wide-web) - [Modern Headless Commerce with Vendure](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/489-modern-headless-commerce-with-vendure) - [Teini - an extremely small webshop leveraging awesome and free tech](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/286-teini-an-extremely-small-webshop-leveraging-awesome-and-free-tech) - [NoLoJS - Avoiding JavaScript Cruft with HTML and CSS - Aaron T.
