The network security role requires collaboration with members of the Information Security, IT, Product, and Operations teams. Experience with change management and a focus on customer experience as a key component of measuring success is a must., * 3+ years of Network experience supporting production environments * Strong familiarity with Network Devices, such as Routers, Switches, Access Points, Firewalls and other related network devices. * Strong understanding of network subnets, VLANS, routing, topology and design. * Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies including VPN, web filtering tools, and cloud-based solutions. * Basic understanding, troubleshooting and deployment capabilities of end-user hardware and software. * 3+ years of IT systems/application engineering/administration experience * 3+ years of hands-on experience with network security services including: * Practical knowledge of PKI, cryptography, and certificates * Strong understanding of OSI model - all layers * Strong understanding of Layer-7 protection techniques as relates to network security * Strong understanding of Network Firewall, SonicWall, Security Groups, and NACLs, Transit Gateway and VPC architectures ## Description The Network Administrator will support the implementation, maintenance and upkeep of network security systems. As a Network Administrator your role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house Network WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN and Network Security systems that support core organizational functions. This includes designing, installing, configuring, administering, and fine-tuning Network components across the organization in a timely and efficient manner.
