The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale program delivery, cross-functional leadership, and SDLC execution and a proven ability to define, implement, and deliver complex, multi-project programs on time and within budget., * Project estimating, scheduling, tracking, and implementation planning in large organizations. * People management and team building across cross-functional and matrixed teams. * Adaptability and judgment in changing environments with competing priorities. * Ability to learn business processes quickly and partner effectively at multiple organizational levels. * Risk assessment and application of management principles to technology and business functions. * Delivery of technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments. * Experience with the software development lifecycle. Preferred Skills: * MBA or related advanced degree. * PMP or PMI certification.
