* Serve as the primary liaison between external technology partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
 * Oversee the operational aspects of vendor relationships, ensuring contracts are up-to-date and service levels are consistently met.
 * Lead governance activities for key vendors, including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and managing performance scorecards.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sourcing, Procurement, and Legal to manage contract renewals and vendor evaluations.
