The Lead Analyst, Data Analytics will help build and advance reporting and analytics capabilities supporting Workplace Planning, Stock Plan Participant Services, and other business areas across Workplace and Empower Personal Wealth (EPW). This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who combines strong technical analytics skills with the ability to work directly with business and product partners to understand problems, shape requirements, and develop effective reporting solutions. Many of the products supported by this team are relatively new, creating an opportunity to build reporting, dashboards, data processes, and analytical capabilities from the ground up. Rather than simply executing predefined requirements, this role will take ownership from initial business discussions through data analysis, solution design, development, validation, and delivery.
