Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated knowledge/track record of working with agentic architectures * Demonstrated experience working in a MedTech environment with FDA 510(k) Class II exposure building Software as a Medical Device solution. ## Description Analog Devices is seeking a Software Development Manager, MedTech to lead a high-performing, geographically distributed team of 12-15 software full-stack engineers building enterprise SaaS software for medical devices. This role is based in Wilmington, MA (with hybrid flexibility) and reports to the Engineering Director. In this role, you will oversee the development and delivery of commercially deployed, cutting-edge medical devices and cloud-based enterprise software solutions focused on cardiopulmonary care. You will ensure these solutions meet the highest standards for quality, performance, security, reliability, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a technically strong and hands-on leader, an experienced software engineer and product builder who has successfully transitioned into a management role while maintaining a passion for technology. You are comfortable engaging at all levels, including diving into code when needed, and thrive in environments that demand both technical depth and leadership excellence. This position requires recent experience leading engineering teams within an enterprise software organization that operates under formal Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Design Controls. While MedTech experience is preferred, candidates from other regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, or aerospace will also be considered.
