Candidates must be willing and able to obtain a Polygraph as a condition of continued employment. * Must have passed the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam * Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, and construction management * Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and engineering software (e.g., Carrier HAP, Trane Trace) * Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, IBC, and local building codes * Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills ## Description We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead and support design, bid, and execution of mechanical systems work within a facilities operations and maintenance environment.
