## About the Role

 * Expert level knowledge of Agile development principles
 * Proven recent experience with agile collaboration tools such as Rally, Miro, Teams
 * Prerequisite- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required; Advanced certifications (e.g., CSP-SM, PSM II) preferred.
 * Be an active team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
 * Strong mediation and negotiation skills
 * Skill in organization, communications, problem-solving and people skills
 * Familiar with data-driven coaching and use of metric to drive improvements.

What you'll own

 * Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Educate and coach the team to use standard "ways of working" fostering understanding and consistency in team practices
 * Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
 * Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
 * Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
 * Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement.
 * Promote and implement Agile best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance team productivity and quality.
