## Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in IT while supporting day-to-day operations and assisting the IT Manager. The successful candidate will provide technical support for workstation setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting across the organization, * Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.

 * Provide first-level technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or appropriate support channels.
 * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation of assets.
 * Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and recovering IT equipment.
 * Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, antivirus checks, and system backups.
 * Collaborate with the IT Manager on infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
 * Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.

 * Provide support for conference room technology and remote access tools.
 * Perform other duties as are necessary and/or required.
