Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Education and Experience * Oracle Primavera P6 experience or Open Plan Professional (OPP) * Ability to use the following tools and applications: Life Cycle Management Process (LCMP); Microsoft Project; other Analytical software for Health and Risk assessments; Project Analyzer; EVMS; etc. * High focus and attention to detail * Experience managing schedules, working through tight deadlines, and identifying risks * Experience assessing the status of risk management activities based on the inclusion of the project risk mitigation activities in the IMP and IMS * Experience serving as the point of contract for ensuring mutual understanding of Government expectations and agreement on the project content, project plan, schedule, and risk * Ability to develop a detailed integrated execution plan and supporting schedule, identifying what needs to be done and when it should be done * Familiarity with the following reference tools: DoW Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule Preparation and User Guide, Planning & Schedule Excellence Guide (PASEG), GAO Schedule Assessment Guide, Defense Acquisition Guidebook (DAG), DoDI 5000.02, and AFI 63-101 ## Description Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for a Program Scheduler to support the Digital Capabilities Division Master Schedule. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position interacts directly with the customer and BAE Systems senior managers, offering support across the spectrum of program acquisition, sustainment, integration, scheduling baseline control, analysis, and reporting.
