This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a shift rotation: 8-4, 9-5, 10-6. Duties of this role include: * Undertake typical break fix and support activities on all EUC related infrastructure, both on-site and remotely, as required including general maintenance and system upgrades * Support the delivery of services within agreed timescales and in accordance with SLAs * Deliver the highest levels of support to Circle Health Group's central infrastructure and other business critical systems * Support the delivery of major EUC projects and change programmes * Assist in the design, development and implementation of IT EUC infrastructure and services * Manage the installation, support and maintenance of production systems to completion * Take ownership of incidents ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and where needed, post incident review * Actively participate in escalations to and from the wider IT Service Delivery team as required * Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior members of the IT EUC and Service Desk teams ## Related Videos - [An Applied Introduction to eBPF with Go](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1075-an-applied-introduction-to-ebpf-with-go) - [JavaScript?
