 * Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
 * Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
 * Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow software development best practices.
 * Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
