Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Supervising experience?, * Good communication and organisational skills

## Description

We are a growing pest control company based in Twickenham, providing professional pest management services across London. Due to business growth, we are looking for a reliable and organised part-time Operations / Office Manager to support daily operations and assist with business developments., * Operations & Administration:

 * Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
 * Schedule and coordinate pest control jobs
 * Maintain customer records and job logs
 * Assist with invoicing and basic administrative tasks
 * Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
 * Maintain accurate records and documentation

*Customer & Business Support:

 * Communicate with customers and handle bookings
 * Provide excellent customer service
 * Coordinate between customers and technicians

*Marketing & Business Development:

 * Visit local shops, restaurants, and businesses to promote company services
 * Introduce pest control services to potential clients
 * Assist in generating new leads and contracts
 * Support business growth through local marketing activities

*Compliance & Admin Support:

 * Assist with maintaining company records and compliance documentation
 * Support sponsor licence duties and administrative tasks
