## About the Role

* Experience: 5-8 years of dedicated Project Management experience leading large-scale ERP implementations or major business process rollouts.

 * Domain Knowledge: Solid conceptual understanding of the O2C workflow (Order Management, Billing, Cash Application) to effectively lead business workshops and challenge vendor timelines.

 * Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or CSM is highly preferred.

## Description

The SAP O2C Project Manager owns the end-to-end planning, execution, and business readiness of enterprise Order-to-Cash initiatives. This role focuses strictly on timeline, budget, scope, and stakeholder management, ensuring system integrators deliver standard SAP processes on time without getting into technical system configuration or coding., * Project Delivery: Govern the entire project lifecycle from blueprinting through testing (UAT), cutover, and hypercare using SAP Activate or Waterfall/Agile methodologies.

 * Timeline & Budget: Own the detailed project schedule, critical path, resource allocations, and financial forecasting.

 * Vendor Management: Oversee external system integrators (SI) to ensure delivery against SOW milestones and strictly manage the change control process.

 * Business Readiness: Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, logistics, and finance teams while managing the project RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
