## About the Role

The ideal candidate combines strong statistical and machine-learning skills with the ability to translate business problems into practical data solutions., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

 * [2-5] years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
 * Strong programming skills in Python or R.
 * Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
 * Hands-on experience with machine-learning libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
 * Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine-learning concepts.
 * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
 * Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and effectively.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 * Experience with big-data technologies such as Spark.
 * Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, APIs, and production machine-learning systems.
 * Experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or generative AI.
 * Experience using Git and modern software-development practices.

 * Develop, evaluate, and deploy machine-learning and statistical models.
 * Work on predictive modeling, classification, regression, clustering, and forecasting problems.
 * Clean, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured data.
 * Design and evaluate experiments and statistical analyses.
 * Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and analytics teams to solve business problems.
 * Create data visualizations and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Monitor model performance and improve models as business requirements evolve.
 * Develop reusable data-science workflows, documentation, and best practices.
 * Stay current with developments in machine learning, AI, statistics, and data science.
