Desirable Qualifications * Familiarity with Liquibase and database change-management practices. * Experience with .NET and C#. * Experience building platforms for SaaS products or dedicated customer environments. * Familiarity with cloud networking, identity and access management, monitoring, and secrets management. * Experience implementing automated compliance, security gates, and release controls in CI/CD pipelines. * Relevant Azure, DevOps, cloud, or security certifications. ## Description We are seeking a Tech nical Team Lead to own the technical direction and delivery of our Client CI/CD platform. The platform enables customers to build, validate, and deploy CRIMS customizations to their dedicated SaaS-hosted environments. You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, guiding a small development team while collaborating with clients, product owners, security teams, and stakeholders.
