## About the Role

* 5+ years of enterprise experience supporting application delivery controllers and edge platforms such as F5, A10, AVI, Citrix, Cloudflare, or Akamai.
 * Strong hands-on knowledge of WAF, CDN, load balancing, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, routing, switching, and application security, including OWASP Top Ten mitigations.
 * Experience supporting and securing cloud-native applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Ability to troubleshoot complex application delivery and security issues across Layers 1-7 and support production incidents within defined SLAs.
 * Expected to maintain at least 90% weekly usage of enterprise-approved AI tools, including GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other approved GenAI platforms, to enhance engineering productivity and delivery quality.
