KNOWLEDGE * Microsoft 365 services and administration. * Azure services including compute, storage, networking, and security. * Azure Virtual Desktop architecture and optimization. * AWS core services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC). * Hybrid infrastructure and identity integrations. * DevOps orchestration., * Scripting (PowerShell strongly preferred). * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep). * Troubleshooting complex cloud and hybrid systems. * Monitoring and performance tuning. * Strong written and verbal communication. ABILITIES * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. * Ability to work independently and in team environments. * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Ability to solve complex technical problems.
