Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Release Manager - **Company:** Innova Solutions - **Location:** Atlanta, GA, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Salary:** $89,440.0 - $110,240.0 - **Contract:** Contract - **Skills:** Artificial Intelligence, Release Management, Information Technology - **Published:** September 17, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.dice.com/job-detail/e2874d37-340d-4564-99ab-cec3b258b7ef ## About the Role * Minimum 8+ year's experience required in a Technical role supporting network project/programs. * Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures. * Strong background in IT service delivery role. * High school diploma or GED equivalent required., * Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business or a finance related field/technical training or equivalent experience * Financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking) * Industry Certifications in PMP, ITIL, technical certifications such as CCNA. ## Description As a Release Manager, you will: * Manage end-to-end delivery of network engineering, implementation, release, and deployment activities across multiple projects and initiatives. * Coordinate technical resources including network engineers, contractors, vendors, partners, and third-party service providers to ensure successful execution. * Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans while managing project dependencies, risks, and schedules. * Develop, maintain, and communicate release calendars, deployment schedules, risk trackers, and implementation timelines. * Lead Change Management activities including CRQ creation, review, approval tracking, CAB participation, and deployment governance. * Ensure all change requests contain accurate documentation, risk assessments, implementation plans, rollback procedures, and post-implementation details. * Monitor engineering task execution and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delivery issues or scheduling conflicts. * Partner with project managers, engineering teams, operations groups, and stakeholders to ensure successful production implementations. * Provide regular status reporting to leadership, Change Management teams, and key business stakeholders. · * Facilitate release readiness reviews, deployment planning sessions, and post-implementation reviews when required. * Ensure compliance with enterprise Change Management policies, processes, and governance standards. * Participate in incident and problem management activities to assess release impacts and drive continuous service improvements., Innova Solutions offers a referral bonus for qualified Ambassadors who refer eligible referrals.
