## Description

The Infrastructure Engineer II serves as a senior technical resource responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions for our clients. This role combines advanced technical expertise with exceptional customer service and communication skills.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Brunswick, Maine. While much of the work is performed from our office, the role requires approximately 25% local travel to client locations for project work, onsite troubleshooting, consultations, and technology deployments., Client Support & Escalation

 * Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
 * Troubleshoot complex server, cloud, network, and security issues.
 * Serve as an escalation resource for junior team members.
 * Communicate effectively with clients regarding issues, solutions, and recommendations.

Infrastructure & Cloud Administration

 * Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and related cloud services.
 * Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, storage, and virtualization environments.
 * Configure and support networks, firewalls, wireless systems, and VPN technologies.
 * Administer backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity solutions.

Projects & Documentation

 * Participate in migrations, upgrades, and deployment projects.
 * Maintain accurate technical documentation.
 * Contribute to process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.

Mentorship

 * Coach junior engineers.

 * Share technical knowledge.

 * Assist with internal training initiatives.
