Desirable (but not essential): * Strong market relationships or sector profile in the Ministry of Defence * Experience in engaging with Tech providers currently providing major digital products or services in Defence (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Service Now, Palantir etc) * Existing contributions to thought leadership, propositions or internal capability building * Existing UK security clearance (SC or above).
