## Description

Serve as an operations analyst and subject matter expert for the company's opportunity pipeline and customer relationship management (CRM) system. Work closely with internal customers to manage licensing, provide training and guidance on pipeline and relationship tracking best practices, maintain documentation, and solve end-user inquiries. Conduct pipeline analytics and create and execute reports and dashboards. Develop documentation and communications for end-users. Conduct user acceptance testing of system enhancements. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
